Hours: Varies (10 hrs/wk to increase aggressively)


Job Summary: This is an entry level massage therapist position. Perfect for students who are ready to get their hands into some tissue and seek room to advance. Seeking individuals who are interested in the integrative health. Our clients are not treated like parts on an assembly line, ideal candidate must believe in creating a cohesive therapeutic relationship.


Required Qualifications: 

  • 500+ Hours of Training
  • Colorado State License (students may apply, put time of graduation in designated space)
  • Training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, & Sports Massage
  • Carry/maintain liability insurance
  • Good standing in DORA


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1000+ Hours of training/experience
  • Training in gentler modalities (HT, TTT, LD, CS)
  • Experience (massage or otherwise) in hospital setting
  • Experience (massage or otherwise) in diverse populations

Licensed Massage Therapist

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professional appearance and hygiene
  • Maintain current liability insurance
  • Perform massage therapy
  • Develop and attain professional development skills
  • Complete detailed SOAP notes
  • Work with professional care teams
  • Arrive on time to shifts
  • Adhere to DORA & workplace guidelines
  • Uphold a positive bedside manner


Compensation:

  • Hourly Base- Paid regardless of whether or not you have a client 
  • Commission- Paid based off the length of each massage you give
  • Bonuses- Paid (1) for clients referred by you (2) for regular clients
  • Gratuities- Paid at clients discretion, not taken into account by employer


The goal for compensation is ensuring that Massage Therapists are not taken advantage of by providing hourly pay regardless and additional wages based on quantity. Employer pays their share of taxes.
